Dues
The Villas at Prairie Field Owners Association Dues are $150/month. This covers lawncare, sprinkler maintenance, and snow removal.
The master HOA, Prairie Field Homes Association dues at $695 annually. This covers mowing, fertilization, sprinklers for common areas as well as the pool maintenance.
How to pay
Either pay online through PayHOA, or put a check in the drop box at the corner of Bluestem Drive and Buffalo Circle.
